The present contempt application has been filed as the order dated 06-10-2017 passed in CWJC No. 11902 of 2014 has not been complied with by the O.P. No. 4.

A show cause has been filed on behalf of O.P. Nos. 2 to 4.

"That it is humbly stated that considering all aspects of the matter, the claim of the petitioners has been found inadmissible and accordingly, the representation of the petitioner has been rejected vide order dated 30-08-2019 contained in Memo No. 990".

Considering the fact that the order dated 06-10-2017 passed in CWJC No. 11902 of 2014 has already been complied with, no further order is required to be passed in the present application.

The present application stands disposed of.
