Patna High Court MJC No.1127 of 2018(5) dt.22-01-2020 2/2 Following statement has been made in paragraph-11 of the show cause:
"That it is humbly stated that considering all aspects of the matter, the claim of the petitioners has been found inadmissible and accordingly, the representation of the petitioner has been rejected vide order dated 30-08-2019 contained in Memo No. 990".
Considering the fact that the order dated 06-10-2017 passed in CWJC No. 11902 of 2014 has already been complied with, no further order is required to be passed in the present application.
The present application stands disposed of.
