Case No.212 of 2012 registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other relevant provisions of the Indian Penal Code. Apprehending his arrest, the petitioner filed ABP No.6621 of 2012 before the Sessions Judge, Patna. The same was rejected on 19.03.2013. Hence, this application for grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr. P.C.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The matter was heard on earlier occasion and an order was passed on 23.08.2013 calling for the injury report. It was also directed that in the meanwhile, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16322 of 2013 (5) dt.09-04-2015 2/2 A perusal of the report, discloses that nature of the injury was not certified and it was kept reserved. No other injuries were found to be grievous.

Therefore, the application is allowed. It is directed that in the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C. J. M., Danapur in connection with Pali Ganj P.S. Case No.212 of 2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
