The three petitioners apprehend their arrest in C.R. Case No.112 of 2000, T.R. No.749 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under sections 147, 380 and 365 of the Indian Penal Code which was subsequently registered as a police case under section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure giving rise to Laukahi (Andhramath) P.S. Case No.65 of 2000. Mr. Awadhesh Kumar Pandey, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that apart from the fact that all these petitioners are aged above 63 years, the police

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and taking note of the circumstances existing as taken note of, let the petitioners, namely, Jainarayan Mandal, Shampati Mukhiya and Shiv Narayan Mandal in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today be released on bail upon each of them furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Om Prakash, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Jhanjharpur, DistrictMadhubani and/or the court concerned in connection with C.R. Case No.112 of 2000, T.R. No.749 of 2013 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
