JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 11-08-2016 Writ application is dismissed on the sole ground that as per Annexure-A/5 filed with counter affidavit admission was offered by the respondent institution as per merit. The last candidate who has been admitted has 85 marks whereas the petitioner has only got 83 marks. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that some of the candidates who have been admitted are from the bottom of the list. The arguments are far fetched and not worthy of acceptance in view of the evidence on record. Writ is dismissed.
