1. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the opposite parties that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 21.01.2019, passed in C.W.J.C. No.9784 of 2018, the District Selection Committee, Saharsa, under the chairmanship of the District Magistrate, Saharsa, has rejected the case of the petitioner for appointment, by a decision, which is contained in Memo dated 20.02.2019.

2. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid decision contained in Memo dated 20.02.2019, by taking recourse to the due process of law. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The contempt petition stands disposed of.
