JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 22-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Bihar Agriculture University, Sabour (hereinafter referred to as the 'University').
2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has filed representation on 17.03.2017 for the relief sought for in the present writ application and in view of the
Patna High Court CWJC No.11053 of 2017 dt.22-08-2017 2 / 2 order passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in the case of similarly situated persons dated 09.04.2015 in C.W.J.C. No. 21181 of 2014 (Rajeev Kumar vs. The Bihar Agriculture University, Sabour & Ors.), the present writ petition be also disposed off in similar terms.
3. Learned counsel for the University does not object.
4. In view thereof, the present writ petition is also disposed off in the same terms as order dated 09.04.2015 in C.W.J.C. No. 21181 of 2014.
5. The petitioner shall file a representation for the relief sought for in the present writ petition before the Vice Chancellor within four weeks from today. The same being filed, the Vice Chancellor (respondent no. 2 ) shall, after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, take a final decision and pass a reasoned order within two months thereafter.
