JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 02-07-2021 The present petition has been taken up for consideration through the mode of Video conferencing in view of the prevailing lock-down on account of COVID 19 Pandemic, requiring social distancing.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri Dhannjay Kumar No. 2 and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent State Ms. Shilpa Singh, GA-12, assisted by Ms. Abhanjali, Advocate. The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order

of suspension dated 15.6.2019 issued by the Block Development Officer, Areraj, East Champaran, respondent no. 4 herein. The learned counsel for the respondent-State submits that the aforesaid order of suspension dated 15.6.2019 has already stood revoked vide Memo No. 721 dated 25.6.2021, issued by the Block Development Officer, Areraj, East Champaran and the subsistence allowance, due to the petitioner, has also been paid. The learned counsel for the petitioner has not disputed the aforesaid position, as is existing on facts and has submitted that nothing survives for consideration at the moment inasmuch as the order of suspension of the petitioner has already stood revoked. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of as not pressed.
