Petitioners pray for bail in Belhar P.S. Case No.388 of 2020, registered for the offence under Section 307 & other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the F.I.R., petitioners assaulted with iron rod on the head of informant and her son, as a result of which, both of them sustained injury.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that both parties are own gotiyas and informant is own sister-in-law of petitioners and they are living in the same house and due to land dispute between them, the alleged occurrence took place. Petitioners have got clean antecedent and they are in custody

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48224 of 2021(3) dt.07-01-2022 2/2 since 24.06.2021. Chargesheet has been submitted. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of custody, the bail petition of petitioners is allowed. Let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Banka in connection with Belhar P.S. Case No. 388 of 2020.
