====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-07-2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Gopalpur P. S. Case No. 35 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner inflicted knife blow on the head, neck, hand and back of informant as a result of which she sustained injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant with knife, but as per injury report, informant sustained five injuries and out of them only one injury is caused by sharp-edged weapon. Rest of the injuries are simple. Petitioner claims clean

5. However, learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

6. Considering the nature of accusation, clean antecedent, injury report and period of custody, this bail application is allowed. The petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj P. S. Case No. 35 of 2023.
