JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-05-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioners being husband, mother in law and father in law of the informant are apprehending arrest in a case initially registered for the offences punishable under section 307 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on, section 302 IPC was added. It is alleged by the informant that she was married 12 years prior to the occurrence but on the date of occurrence the accused persons lit fire after sprinkling kerosene oil on her body. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the victim was given medical assistance but subsequently she died and the family members of the informant have sworn

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13495 of 2015 (2) dt.06-05-2015 2/2 affidavit to the effect that the victim committed suicide as she was under depression.

Considering the nature of accusation, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners in connection with Karjain P.S. Case No. 29 of 2014 pending in the court of the learned J.M. Birpur (Supaul).
