The present petition has been preferred for compliance of the order dated 23.3.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 8213 of 2016 by which direction was given for the removal of encroachment.

A show cause has been preferred on behalf of opposite parties no. 4 and 5.

Learned State counsel has taken this Court to paras-10 to 13 of the show cause of the opposite parties to show that pursuant to the encroachment proceeding, the encroachments have been removed.

If the petitioner still has some grievance, it has all the liberty to approach the Collector, East Champaran, Motihari with fresh petition.

The contempt petition stands disposed of.
