In view of the aforesaid, the petitioner is directed to file representation for his grievances with regard to grade pay and second ACP with the respondent no.3 within a period of three weeks from today and the respondent no.3 shall dispose of the same by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of four weeks, thereafter.
