2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the stand taken by the State respondents in their counter affidavits which suggest that the case of the petitioner along with report of the committee referred to the Shairat Remission Committee, in Revenue and Land Reforms Department, Government of Bihar to take final decision in the matter.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this writ petition may be disposed with direction to the Shairat Remission Committee to take a final decision with respect to the case of the petitioner which is still pending since 2022 within a period of three months from the date of production/receipt of copy of this order and the communicate the decision of the Committee
Patna High Court CWJC No.741 of 2021(6) dt.15-07-2024 2/2 to the petitioner.
3. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
