JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 04-01-2021 Heard Mr. Ram Sumiran Rai, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bakhari P.S. Case No. 340 of 2019 dated 25.10.2019 [G.R. No. 3794/2019] instituted for the offences under Sections 394 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner has not been named in the First Information Report and his implication in this case is only on the basis of confession of an arrested accused person in another case.

He is in custody since 03.1.2020 but till date, he

It further appears from paragraph -3 of the bail petition that he has been made accused in about five cases after institution of the present case, whereas, in earlier cases, the petitioner has been allowed bail in six of them. Considering the nature of accusation and the period of custody, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Begusarai, in connection with Bakhari P.S. Case No. 340 of 2019 [G.R. No. 3794/2019] .
