2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 393 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Co-accused Vipin Kumar, who was apprehended on the spot has taken name of these petitioners. No incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of these petitioners. Petitioners are neither owner nor driver of the vehicle which was seized on the spot. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of all the petitioners is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let these
