The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Jokihat P.S. Case No. 380 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 109(1), 74, 303(2), 352 and 351(3) of the BNS. Later on, section 103(1) of the B.N.S. has also been added.

As per the prosecution case, the petitioners and others are said to have committed murder of the deceased. 4.

It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are innocent and they are only the member of the unlawful assembly.

Learned counsel for the informant has

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38819 of 2026(2) dt.07-07-2026 2/2 opposed the prayer of the petitioners.

Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioners, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is rejected. The petitioners may surrender before the Court below and pray for regular bail.
