1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail apprehending his arrest in connection with Rajgir P.S. Case no. 421 of 2023 registered under sections 341, 323, 324, 427, 354, 509, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the informant states that while she was returning with her husband, the three accused persons including the petitioner herein started to misbehave with her. On her husband intervening, it is stated that he was beaten up and the informant who was in the family way was pushed aside. Her phone was also stolen.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case for oblique

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41724 of 2024(2) dt.15-07-2024 2/2 reasons. No such occurrence as alleged has taken place. The allegations are general and omnibus in nature. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and undertakes to cooperate in the case.

5. The application for anticipatory bail is opposed by learned A.P.P. for the State.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the nature of allegation against the petitioner in the F.I.R. together with the petitioner not having any criminal antecedent, it is directed that the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks, be released on anticipatory bail in connection with Rajgir P.S. Case no. 421 of 2023 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Biharsharif, Nalanda.
