JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 06-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to submit the form for settlement of the G.P.F. amount before the Bank authorities, who will forward the same to Provident Fund authorities for its settlement, since stand has been taken by the Provident Fund Authorities that no such claim has been received by him.

With regard to other claims, if any, in relation to post retirement dues, the Court only observes that the direction and the framework evolved in the case of Kamla Prasad Sharma will govern the issue of settlement of such claims.
