JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-04-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners being parents and brother of the husband of the complainant are apprehending arrest in a complaint case in which process has been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under Sections 498A of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
The basic accusation is of torture for non fulfillment of dowry demands of rupees five lacs as well as a motorcycle. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusation is omnibus and general against the entire inlaws family but the thrust of accusation is against the husband of

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Bhagalpur in connection with Complaint Case No. 2071 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
