2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bypass P.S. Case No. 390 of 2022 registered for the offence under Section 354 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 8/12 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have molested an eight year old child.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 18.10.2024.

5. Considering the serious allegations levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
