In view of such, the entire proceeding as against all the accused persons including the order dated 25.07.2014 passed by the Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in Complaint Case No. 234 of 2011 (Tr. No. 2281 of 2014) is, hereby, set aside. The application stands allowed.
