1. Heard the parties.
2. Admittedly, the requirement of passing the C.T.E.T examination or the S.T.E.T. examination is a pre-condition for appointment as a Teacher in terms of the norms laid down by the N.C.T.E.
3. The petitioner in the present petition prays for relaxing the said requirement on the ground that after 2019 no examination has been conducted and no vacancies for Commerce faculty has been advertised. No person has a right of employment under the Constitution. The only right available is
Patna High Court CWJC No.14922 of 2021(2) dt.27-07-2022 2/2 for consideration of appointment.
4. In view thereof, claim for relaxation of precondition/ pre-qualification for appointment on a particular post show that the petitioner may be provided appointment would be a mis-conceived prayer, as the right being not available, no claim for such appointment can be made. The conditions are for all candidates.
5. Accordingly, this Court finds that the writ petition is wholly mis-conceived and dismissed.
