The petitioners, who are in custody since 20.06.2020 seek bail in connection with Jokihat P.S. Case No. 184/2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners have not been named in the First Information Report and their names have transpired only on the confession of arrest accused persons. There is no recovery from the petitioners either.
