2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act registered in connection with Complaint Case No. C-1/2723 of 2012

3. It is submitted that the petitioner, a person of clean antecedents, has been falsely implicated. In any event, he offers to pay an amount of Rs.1,000/- per month regularly for the benefit of opposite party no.2.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and

No.37190 of 2014 (2) dt.01-04-2015 2/2 circumstances of the case, in the event of the petitioner's arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the petitioner (Sri Durga Sah) be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Complaint Case No.C-1/2723 of 2012., subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C., with further condition that the petitioner will deposit a sum of Rs.1000/- per month regularly before the learned Court below which shall be available for withdrawal by opposite party no.2 and upon failure to deposit any two consecutive instalments, his bail bond shall stand automatically cancelled.
