JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 13-03-2019 The learned counsel for the Opposite Parties has filed a supplementary show cause on behalf of the opposite party no.4 and it is submitted that the Zila Parishad in its General Body Meeting has decided to grant the benefit of recommendation of the 6th Pay Revision to the employees of Zila Parishad, Sheikhpura, including the petitioner herein and, accordingly arrears of salary, after making necessary deductions, totalling to a sum of Rs. 21,13,911/- has been sanctioned and for the said amount, a cheque dated 12.3.2019 has been produced, which has been handed over to the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court MJC No.2963 of 2018(4) dt.13-03-2019 2/2 petitioner, hence, it is submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the total amount sanctioned by the Opposite parties is a sum of Rs. 30,88,661/-, however, after making statutory deductions, a sum of Rs. 21,13,911/- is being sought to be paid vide the aforesaid cheque dated 12.3.2019, hence, it appears that the order of this Court has been complied with, however, the petitioner be granted liberty to seek redressal of his grievances, in case of any surviving grievances.

Accordingly, the present contempt petition is disposed of as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) Tiwary/- U
