2. Petitioners apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 365/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, these petitioners along with six unknown accused persons kidnapped son of informant for the purpose of marriage. Victim in his statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has supported the prosecution case and has named these petitioners with specific accusation that they kidnapped him for marriage.
