JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-04-2018 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner, faced with the question of maintainability of a writ petition at the behest of a sangh, seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to file fresh writ petition by the individual aggrieved members/ employees.
Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with a liberty to individual effected employees to prefer individual writ petition.
