The present writ petition was filed in the month of August 2014 with a prayer to direct the respondents to pay some amount of G.P.F. of her husband who retired long back on 1.9.1998.
In the writ petition nothing has been indicated regarding the date of death. However, learned counsel for the petitioner orally submits that some time in the year 2003 the husband of the petitioner died.
Keeping in view the fact that the employee retired in the year 1998 and thereafter he survived for some year as well as
Patna High Court CWJC No.14857 of 2014 (2) dt.30-01-2016 2/2 the fact the writ petition was filed in the year 2014, the court is of the opinion that no relief can be granted.
The writ petition stands dismissed.
