Learned Counsel for AC to GA-2 is present on behalf of the State.
The petitioner submits that the writ application has become infructuous because the petitioner of the Misc. Petition No. 56/2012, pending in the Court of ADJ I, Bhagalpur, has already withdrawn the petition. Thus, he does not want to pursue the writ application. This application is, therefore, disposed of in terms of submission of the petitioner in person.
The parties are informed that the court fee, if any, paid by any of them shall be refunded.
