1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.(i) For directing the respondents concerned to not to hold the Lok Sabha election on 25.5.2024 in 16- Vaishali Lok Sabha Constituency till the disposal of the present case.

(ii) For staying the further proceedings going on to conduct the Lok Sabha Election on 25.5.24 till the disposal of the present case."

2. Though, it is contented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous by the efflux of time, however, he seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the election of the elected

3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, though I deem it fit and proper to dismiss the present writ petition, having been rendered infructuous, however, it is needless to state that it goes without saying that in case remedies are available under the law for redressal of the just grievances of the petitioner, if any, he is free to avail the same, in accordance with law.
