This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Darpa P.S. Case No.182 of 2025 registered for the offence under sections 137(2), 96, 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023. 3.
The petitioners and others are said to have kidnapped the minor victim girl aged about 13 years and petitioner no.1 is said to have got married to her. 4.
Considering the age of the victim and the allegation against the petitioners, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is rejected. The petitioners may surrender before the Court below and seek regular bail.
