The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 568(C) of 2013 registered under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

There is allegation of demand and subjecting cruelty against the petitioner and the victim-wife driven out from her matrimonial house even she has been blessed with a son. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is ready to keep the complainant with due dignity and honour. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of order in the court below shall be released on provisional bail for four months on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamui, in connection with Complaint Case No.568(C) of 2013,

Further condition that petitioner will keep the victim with due dignity and honour and for any reason, the victim-wife is not ready to live with the petitioner then petitioner shall pay Rs. 1200/- per month as maintenance till higher maintenance is decided by the competent court and trial court after due satisfaction shall confirm the bail bond of the petitioner. m.p.
