2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Mairwa P.S. Case No. 74 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The allegations against the petitioners is of committing dowry death of the deceased.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that petitioners are innocent and have falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner no. 1 is cousin father-in-law of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39043 of 2023(2) dt.31-07-2023 2/2 the deceased whereas petitioner nos. 2, 3 and 4 are unmarried nanad (sister-in-law) of the deceased. They have no concern with day-to-day affairs of the couple. He has submitted further that the husband of the deceased has been acquitted in Session Trial No. 455 of 2021, vide judgment and order dated 06.01.2023 passed by Additional Session Judge-III, Siwan.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VII, Siwan in connection with Mairwa P.S. Case No. 74 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
