The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner realized Rs.70,000/- from the informant to provide employment but neither employment was provided nor money was returned.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no proof with regard to payment and a statement has been made in paragraph no. 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11851 of 2015 (2) dt.23-03-2015 2 / 2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today in connection with Vanshi P.S. Case No. 07 of 2015 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. Ist Class, Jehanabad, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
