2. In view of the materials brought on record, it appears that the required sanction/authority has been issued in favour of the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off.

4. However, the respondent no. 6 is directed to

Patna High Court CWJC No.12261 of 2017 (4) dt.19-12-2017 2/2 ensure that actual payment is credited to the account of the petitioner, if already not done, within two weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order before him, failing which the petitioner shall have liberty to file an affidavit in the present case.
