Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners seek confirmation of bail in connection with Purnahiya P.S. Case No. 100 of 2021 lodged under Sections 30(a) and 37(2) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that through there was no specific direction was given to him to file any affidavit but instead of that he has filed a supplementary affidavit narrating the circumstances under which his name has

Learned counsel for the State submits that in compliance of order dated 25.03.2022, the Transport Department has already submitted his report which is kept on record.

In the light of the direction made by the Court vide order dated 25.03.2022 reports were submitted and in this background, the provisional bail granted to the petitioners is hereby confirmed.

With this observation, the bail application stands disposed off.
