This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for the offence under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 138 of the N.I. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, contended that the parties have compromised the matter in Patna High Court Mediation Centre and report of the mediation centre has been annexed. As per the terms of the compromise, the first party is agreed to pay Rs.5,00,000/- in four installments i.e. Rs.1,50,000/- on 30.11.2015, Rs.1,50,000/- on 31.01.2016, Rs.1,00,000/- on 15.04.2016 and Rs.1,00,000/- on 15.06.2016 to the second party.

No.11821 of 2015 (5) dt.02-09-2015 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Gopalganj in connection with Complaint Case No. C-94 of 2013 corresponding to Trial No. 2711 of 2014, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P. C. as well as further condition that the petitioner will abide by the terms of the compromise entered into between the parties and shall deposit the amount in A/C. No. 011468426854, State Bank of India, Kateya Branch, Gopalganj and any breach of the condition shall be a ground for cancellation of the bail bond of the petitioner.
