JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Tapeshwar Sharma, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. Three petitioners, apprehending their arrest in connection with Hulasganj P.S. Case no.15 of 2016 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code, have prayed for grant of anticipatory bail. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the injuries, which were received from the informant side, are not sufficient to corroborate commission of offence under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code. He further submits that even in the case, record , there is no injury report. However, on perusal of the F.I.R. the Court is satisfied that there is specific accusation against the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19719 of 2016 (2) dt.20-05-2016 2/2 accused persons and it is not a fit case for extending the privilege of anticipatory bail.
The petition stands dismissed. .
