This is an application for issuance of writ/writs, direction/directions, commanding the concerned respondent authorities to revise and pay the outstanding dues of arrears of difference of salary amount under ACP/MACP benefit and dues arrears claim for the period from April, 1997 to December 2011 .

Learned counsel for the petitioner requests for disposal of the writ petition granting liberty to the petitioner to file fresh representation annexing relevant documents before the concerned respondent i. e,. the Registrar, Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University, Bhagalpur within a period of four weeks from today.

4. If such representation is filed within stipulated time, the concerned respondent i. e,. the Registrar, Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University, Bhagalpur shall examine the same and pass a reasoned & speaking order after hearing the parties in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation . Upon examination of the claim of the petitioner, if any admissible dues is found payable to the petitioner, the same shall be paid to the petitioner within a period of six months from the date of passing of order by the concerned authority .

5 . With above observation and direction , the writ petition stands disposed of.
