2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 353, 225, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a) and 45 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per prosecution case, on the alleged date and time of the occurrence, when the informant and other officials went to conduct a raid, they were assaulted by the accused persons, including this petitioner. It is further alleged that 27 liters of country made liquor was recovered from motorcycle of this petitioner and this petitioner was got freed from police custody by other accused persons.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case due to

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that recovery has been made from the motorcycle of the petitioner and he has got one criminal antecedent.

6. Considering the nature of accusation and criminal antecedent, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
