This is an application seeking anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 366 of the Indian Penal Code.
In view of the statement of the victim, recorded by the police in course of investigation, in paragraph 24 of the case diary, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
The application for anticipatory bail is rejected. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court below within four weeks from today. If he does so and seeks regulation bail, it shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by the rejection of the present anticipatory bail
