Learned counsel for the State submitted that the petitioner has deposited his income certificate papers in the year 2015 only which would be evident from Annexure 2 series. Be that as it may, since the matter has remained pending since long, let final decision be taken by the District Magistrate-cum-Licensing Authority on its own merit and in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of
