2. The present writ application has been filed for directing the District Magistrate, Khagaria (Respondent No. 2) to dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner on 04.11.2022 (Annexure-P2 to this writ application), which is still pending.

In view of the limited nature of prayer, this writ application is disposed of with direction to the petitioner to file fresh detailed representation before the District Magistrate, Khagaria (Respondent No. 2) along with all the necessary documents and details in support of her claim within a period of six weeks from today.

In the event the petitioner files her representation within the stipulated period, the District Magistrate, Khagaria (Respondent No. 2) shall dispose of the same, in accordance with law, after hearing the parties, by a reasoned and speaking order, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of the representation.
