2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 420,465,467,468,469,471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Siwan Town P.S. Case No.365 of 2013.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated being a mere witness in the sale deed and he has not received any consideration amount. In any event, Title Suit No.758 of 2012 is pending between the parities in respect of the transaction which is of pure civil nature.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of the petitioner's arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from
