JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 14-02-2022 Heard the parties through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with K. Hat P.S. Case No. 638 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 379 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration the statement of the staff of the store, which shows that there are certain dues against the petitioner employee, I am inclined to allow this bail application that prima facie the case is false and misdirected and does not seem to be made out. The petitioner in the event of arrest shall be released on bail subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code. (Sanjeev Prakash Sharma, J) Shamshad/- U T
