JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 05-07-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 580 of 2022 for the offence under Sections 148, 149, 342, 326, 307, 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got one criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 13.02.2023.

It is alleged that petitioner along with accused persons came near Janta Petrol Pump and one accused Chintu Singh @ Raj Kumar Singh set fired upon informant's husband which sustained fire arm injury in his stomach.

Chintu Singh @ Raj Kumar Singh is the assailant of the deceased. No specific allegations regarding assault of

Considering the period of custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M-1st, Supaul in connection with Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 580 of 2022.
