Taking into consideration Annexure-2 which is the statement of the deceased under the circumstances, under which she got burnt, giving the benefit of the same to the petitioners at this stage, anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 15,000/- (fifteen thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., West Muzaffarpur, in connection with Kathaiya P. S. Case No. 58 of 2013, which shall be abide by the terms

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37085 of 2014 (2) dt.20-03-2015 2/2 and conditions mentioned in sub-section (2) of section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
