By the impugned order, the learned court below has rejected the petition filed by the judgment-debtor and has directed the decree holder to deposit the process fee effecting delivery of possession over the suit land. The learned court below has also mentioned that the status of the proceeding of the execution case was also called for by this Court.

After perusal of the impugned order, this Court does not find any illegality has been committed by the learned court below justifying the interference under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.

The application is, accordingly, dismissed.
