Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail on the ground of delay in lodging the first information report as well as filing petition by the informant but in my view, it is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail and accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Sasaram (M) P.S. case no. 784/2014 pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas (Sasaram) stands rejected. However, this order shall not cause any prejudice to the concerned court at the time of consideration of regular bail application of the petitioner.
