Patna High Court CWJC No.7008 of 2016 (2) dt.20-04-2016 20-04-2016 The petitioner is aggrieved by the recast of the territorial constituency in so far as Gram Panchayat, Ramchandrapur, Block- Piparia in the district of Lakhisarai is concerned which was earlier reserved for Backward (Woman) but has been modified as Backward (Others).

No cause for grievance is made out since the right of the petitioner does not get curtailed.
